At Sunlit Secrets, we carefully prepare and pack every order before dispatch.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or during periods of unusually high order volume may require additional processing time.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping and tracking information by email.
SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
Sunlit Secrets currently ships within India.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Orders of ₹880 and above: Free shipping
DELIVERY TIME
After dispatch, most orders are expected to be delivered within approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier availability.
Deliveries to remote locations may take longer.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, public holidays, courier delays, transport disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been handed over to the courier partner, available tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
DELIVERY ADDRESS AND CONTACT INFORMATION
Please ensure that your delivery address, postal code, email address and phone number are complete and accurate before placing your order.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may cause delays or unsuccessful delivery.
If you notice an error in your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or handed over to the courier partner.
FAILED DELIVERY AND RETURN TO ORIGIN
If a prepaid order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, please contact us for assistance.
Any reshipment may be subject to an additional shipping charge where the failed delivery was not caused by an error by Sunlit Secrets or the courier partner.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
DAMAGED, LEAKING, MISSING OR INCORRECT ORDERS
